This is not your typical breakfast or lunch diner place... it kind of has that eclectic summer breakfast feeling when you enter the restaurant and greated by their waitstaff. Their breakfast food is wonderfully prepared and with different things that you might not typically think of putting together... and they're actually divine. For example, I love their banana pancakes... and their apple pancakes... and their blueberry pancakes... absolutely delicious. My brother-in-law has this funny craving for breakfast at Crabapples with the hope (crossing his fingers and his legs... and possible the toes too) that they're surving their banana bread french toast. If it is as good as their pancakes... I can see why he feels as he does about that for breakfast. We used to go to Betsy's Diner in the center of town for the longest time but the lines were incredible for dinner food and it is just more relaxing to enjoy your meal in peace with great conversation at Crabapple's.

The best french fries on Cape Cod. I stumbled upon Crabapples years ago and since then have gone whenever I have the chance. Everything is always fresh and there are always really creative, delicious daily specials. They are famous for their 'chowdah', pies and everything in between. Crabapples has wonderful sandwich wraps that are perfect to grab before you head to the beach, or hop on the boat to the islands. Whenever I eat there I feel like I am part of the Crabapples family. (The owners also have a really hot son who works there during the summer.)
