A Chronicle of Commercial Property Sales Across the Cape
I started putting these out in the deep 1992 Recession when most property for sale was bank owned and hardly any sales occurred as commercial property financing was unavailable. So buyers were concluding that whatever they would offer would have to be accepted because they perceived nothing was selling. It was originally to show that sales were in fact happening and then it became of interest to chronicle all commercial property sales since there was no such thing. We went on to graduate from hard copy list mailing of both newsletters to just running all the sales we are involved in at https://www.careycommercial.com/recent-sales. We do have access to almost all commercial sales that occur but we don’t publish it at this point. If a particular category of property sale would be of use to you, please inquire as we would be glad to help.
