Cape Sea Sports Purchases Route 132 Hyannis Building

Cape Sea Sports, a local retailer specializing in bicycles and water sports equipment has purchased a Route 132 Hyannis building that they will repurpose and re-locate their present location into. Their current location next to Honey Dew has been in operation since 1993. The 5,600 SF building has been the Legal offices of Thomas J. McNulty and John Brian Hopkins since 1978. The purchase was financed by Cape Cod 5. Chuck Carey represented the sellers.

Buyer, Jim Craddock started with a dive shop in 1993. His son, Jeff Craddock, took over the business in 2004 and expanded the business to what it is today. The new site on Route 134 will undergo extensive rehab to convert it from an office building to a retail building.
